AirQuest Statement Regarding Recent Litigation

On January 15, 2026, AirQuest Environmental, Inc. (“AirQuest”) filed a lawsuit against former employee Daniel Norton in the Circuit Court of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida.

Mr. Norton worked for AirQuest from November 2021 through February 8, 2024.

In the lawsuit, AirQuest alleges that after leaving the company, Mr. Norton represented to certain third parties that he was still affiliated with AirQuest. AirQuest further alleges that these representations were made in connection with asbestos consulting services allegedly provided by Mr. Norton using AirQuest’s business credentials and the credentials of AirQuest’s license holder, Ms. Traci-Anne Boyle, without AirQuest’s authorization.

The lawsuit includes claims for breach of contract, violation of the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, and trademark infringement. The case is currently pending, and the allegations have not been adjudicated by the Court.

Because the matter is currently in litigation, AirQuest will not be providing additional public comment at this time.

AirQuest encourages clients and business partners to contact the company through its official phone number at (877) 247-8146 or through the contact information listed on its website, https://airquestinc.com/, and to confirm that any electronic communications with AirQuest originate from the domain “@AirQuestinc.com.”
